Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how AgileWaters LLC (“EzeeBzee”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects the information of businesses and users who use our CRM software available at https://staging.ezeebzee.com. By using the service you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

• Account information — your name, business name, email, and phone number when you sign up.
• Customer & lead data you enter — contacts, leads, production orders, quotations, invoices and related records you store in the CRM.
• Integration data — leads and messages received from connected sources (e.g. Gmail, Facebook/Instagram Lead Ads, IndiaMart, WhatsApp) that you authorise.
• Payment information — processed securely by our payment gateway (Razorpay). We do not store your card or bank details.
• Usage & device data — log data, IP address, and browser information used to operate and secure the service.

How we use your information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the CRM and its features.
• To process subscription payments and manage your plan.
• To send service-related notifications (e.g. new lead alerts, reminders) you have enabled.
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse.

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g. cloud hosting, our payment gateway, and the integrations you explicitly connect), and only to the extent needed to deliver the service, or when required by law.

Google user data (Gmail integration)

Connecting a Gmail account is entirely optional. If you choose to connect one (Settings → Integrations → Gmail), we request a single read-only permission, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly, and use it for one purpose only: turning the enquiry emails you designate into leads inside your own CRM account. We cannot send, reply to, label, modify or delete any of your mail.

• What we read — only messages matching the search rules you configure yourself (for example a "CRM-Leads" label, or a dedicated enquiry address). For each matching message we read the sender name and email address, the subject line, the message text, its date, and its message and thread identifiers.
• How we use it — solely to create a lead in your CRM: sender becomes the lead name and email, subject becomes the enquiry type, and the message text becomes the lead message. Thread identifiers are stored so the same conversation is never imported twice.
• What we never do — we do not read messages outside your rules, do not download attachments, do not copy or store your mailbox, and do not use Gmail content for advertising or to develop, improve or train generalised AI or machine-learning models.
• Storage — imported leads are held in our encrypted database, isolated to your account and visible only to users you invite. Your Google refresh token is stored securely on our servers and is erased when you disconnect.
• Human access — no human reads your Google data except users of your own CRM account, or our staff where you explicitly ask us to for support, or where necessary for security purposes or to comply with applicable law.
• Revoking access — click Disconnect in Settings → Integrations at any time, or revoke access from your Google Account → Security → Third-party apps with account access. Disconnecting stops all further access immediately.

EzeeBzee's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data retention & security

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your information.

Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or request deletion of your data by contacting us. On account closure we delete or anonymise your data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to meet legal obligations.
